I love when my clients know what they want. Jennifer emailed me to meet them at Earl Burn Miller Japanese Garden at Cal State Long Beach, then we will head to their favorite coffee shop Linden Public and then we will head to Rosie Beach. I said “Done, done and done”. This shoot is so effortless because Jennifer and Tuan area beautiful inside and out. Their smiles and love for each other radiate the room. Jennifer’s mom brought their adorable dog Gordie to half of the shoot, isn’t he handsome. I hope you can tell from the photos that we had a blast.
Words from the bride:
We went to pharmacy school together for 4 years but we didn’t get together until our third year. We had a relationship where it felt more like a brother-sister type until at a Cinco De Mayo party, where we had a lot of fun together and I didn’t know that Tuan started to develop feelings for me after that. So a couple of months went by, and he asked me if I wanted to grab dinner while we were studying in the library. Little did I know that he wanted to just grab dinner with me, I ended up inviting my friend and also his roommates! After this failure, Tuan asked me out again saying he would like to get to know me but at the time, I felt that I wasn’t really ready so I rejected him. He never gave up and kept asking me out over a couple of months and eventually we went out and I never had so much fun that I knew after that he was my forever.
What I love the most about Tuan is his tenderness and loving heart. He is one of the most caring and warmest people I’ve ever met and I am very lucky that he kept pursuing me. We both love watching movies, eating, travelling, listening to Disney music, and we both love our dog Gordie very much.
The thing I am most excited about for the wedding is becoming a Mrs. Bui where I will be his forever.
