San Francisco City Hall Engagement / Claire + Brian

I left my heart in San Francisco with Claire and Brian but it will come back to me when I shoot their wedding. What dream it was to photograph them at San Francisco Hall, a historic landmark, so grand and gorgeous. The weather was just perfect! The photos with the palm trees is an adorable street by their house. We took a boba and pizza break after the City Hall before we went to the beach overlooking the Gold Gate Bridge. It was an amazing one day trip and I couldn’t be happier with how the photos turned out.

Love story: Words from Claire

Our relationship came about through many chance encounters - we almost didn't meet and re-meet again! We first met through work by chance - we worked in different groups, but both attended a small firm event at UCLA (one that both of us didn't want to go to initially, because we were tired!). We became acquaintances but Brian moved to San Francisco soon after. By chance, we ran into each other again when Brian was visiting, and this time we finally started dating long distance (LA / SF). Brian was taking classes on the weekend, but he would fly down to LA after being in class all day, just so we could hang out for less than 24 hours. Seven years later, we are now happily together in SF. My favorite thing about Brian is how he always makes me laugh. We can be quite different in our approach to things - he is more carefree while I am always the planner - but we have both learned to meet halfway and life is that much more exciting and fun because of him. I'm so thankful to be marrying my best friend!
