laguna beach engagement photographer / joe + allison

This session is so simple, yet beautiful. The pastel colors are soft and the expressions on Allison and Joe's faces really shine. I barely had to direct during this shoot because their chemistry was so strong. We just had fun, joked around and let the session unfold on it own. I've know Allison for years through my cousin. She is the sweetest and I'm so happy that she met her soulmate. They are yet another online dating success story. We started the shoot at Irvine Regional Park. It was the hottest day of the year but we all got icees during the session to stay alive. We then headed to Laguna Beach to cool off. I thinks it the most rewarded thing to end a shoot with the water touching your legs and enjoying the sunset.
