Rodeo Drive Engagement Session - Ann + Dennis

I love this session on Rodeo Drive. It’s usually packed here but because of the pandemic, it was completely empty. So many silver linings. I love Ann and Dennis, they are delightful to be around and so in love. Dancing in the street of Rodeo Drive reminded me of La La Land. We ended this epic shoot poppin bottles.

Words from the bride: When people ask how we met, I like to say that we met online. Not through a dating app— as most would assume— but rather through LinkedIn.

Dennis and I met through work: I was his recruiter but you could say he, in turn, recruited me as well.

I initiated for us to sync up for a professional lunch meeting and we instantly connected on so many levels— personal and professional, values and goals, and so much more. This was the start of our love at first lunch.

Dennis then began to architect the development of our love story by pursuing something beyond our professional relationship.

It wasn’t just his well-planned date nights, thoughtful acts of appreciation, or loving words that attracted me to him. It was the deeply rooted connection we shared that was unlike anything either of us had ever felt before.

Our dreams for the future are built on a foundation of shared values. This is what gets us through the hard times and serves as our constant reminder as to why we are meant to be life partners.

Dennis said this to me when we first started dating, and to this day we find ourselves constantly reminding each other that this is true. Nothing matters more than the fact that we are sharing these moments with each other.
